Steps for Human Resource Selection and Recruitment (Company Procedures)

Steps to be followed by the requesting department:

  1. Completion of Human Resource Request Form: The requesting department must complete the form requesting human resources.
  2. Review of Request Form: The request form is reviewed by the senior management, secretary of the steering council, and the administrative and human resources management of the group.
  3. Development of Recruitment Timeline: A recruitment schedule is created based on priorities outlined in the approved request.
  4. Review of Recruitment Methods: Various methods of sourcing and recruiting candidates are evaluated to select the most appropriate one.
  5. Selection of Candidates: The best candidates are selected based on the evaluation process.
  6. Inviting Candidates for General Interview: Shortlisted candidates are invited for a general interview to create their personnel file.
  7. Introduction of Candidates to Relevant Department for Technical/Specialized Interviews: Selected candidates are referred to the relevant department for technical or specialized interviews.
  8. Final Candidate Selection: The final candidate is chosen for the position.
  9. Communicating Employment Terms: The selected candidate is informed about the company's employment terms and conditions.
  10. Referral to Administrative Department: The candidate is referred to the administrative department for further processing.
  11. Referral to Health and Safety Department: The candidate is referred to the group’s health and safety management for medical tests and evaluation of the results.
  12. Gathering Additional Documents: The necessary documents are collected from the candidate to complete the personnel file.
  13. Verification of Documents: The collected documents are verified through authorized institutions.
  14. Issuance of Contract and Work Start Authorization: The employment contract is signed, and the work commencement order is issued according to the procedures.

Responsibilities of the Job Applicant:

  1. Completion of the Application Form: The applicant must fill out the recruitment questionnaire.
  2. Participation in Interviews: The applicant must attend both the general and specialized interviews as scheduled.
  3. Completion of Tests: The applicant must undergo intelligence, English language, and computer skills tests.
  4. Submission of Required Documents: The applicant should provide the required documents to the administrative department to create a personnel file.
  5. Undergoing Medical Tests: The applicant must undergo required medical tests for employment.
  6. Submission of Medical Test Results: The applicant must submit the results of their medical tests to the health and safety management of the group.
  7. Visit to the Health and Safety Department: The applicant must visit the health and safety department to review the medical test results and obtain a health certificate.
  8. Signing the Employment Contract: After completing all necessary steps, the employment contract is signed.

These steps ensure a structured and thorough process for hiring the most qualified candidates while also fulfilling necessary legal and health requirements.
