PVD Machine

Cathodic arc vacuum coating (PVD) devices

In this type of coating equipment, which can be manufactured in various sizes, different metal targets are vaporized using an electric arc. The metal vapor is then deposited onto the surface of parts under vacuum. Additionally, for applying ceramic coatings on various parts, gas injection systems are installed on the equipment to achieve coatings in diverse colors.

PVD Coating

Vacuum coating devices using the evaporation method

In this type of equipment, which can be manufactured in various sizes, thermal evaporation of aluminum targets is primarily used to apply silver-colored coatings on parts under vacuum. This method serves as a high-speed, environmentally friendly competitor to conventional chemical electroplating techniques.

Ultrasonic cleaning Machines

Ultrasonic mechanized washing lines

To clean the surface of parts before applying nanometric coatings, ultrasonic automated washing machines are used. These machines are designed and manufactured by Iran Ahar.

Industrial furnaces

Industrial furnaces

Various types of furnaces and thermal chambers, available in different sizes and capable of providing heating across a wide range of temperatures, are manufactured by Iran Ahar.

Electrical panel

Industrial electrical panels

An industrial electrical panel ensures proper and organized communication between the components of an electrical system, playing a crucial role in manufacturing industries and factories. It enhances workplace safety. These panels are enclosures housing electrical control components and equipment. They protect their contents from environmental factors and prevent electrical shocks to individuals.

Turbine mixer

High-speed mixers

High-speed mixers for paint and varnish are devices used for mixing, homogenizing, and enhancing the quality of paint and varnish formulations. They are utilized in paint manufacturing, varnish production, protective coatings, chemical industries, laboratories, and more.

polyurethane adhesive

Two-component polyurethane adhesive

Polyurethane materials have been used as adhesives worldwide since the 1950s. Polyurethane adhesives come in various types, but the two-component and single-component versions are commonly available on the market. The two-component polyurethane adhesive is widely used because it can be applied in both elastic and rigid forms. The main applications of these adhesives are in flexible packaging, construction, automotive (for bonding dissimilar surfaces, assembling various materials, especially metals, assembling glass, and many thermoplastic composites), marine industries, and more. Some of the advantages of using two-component polyurethane adhesive include:

  • High resistance to impact and vibration
  • High resistance to weather and environmental factors
  • Exceptional adaptability
  • High chemical and mechanical resistance
  • Solvent-free
  • Resistance to ultraviolet radiation
  • ...

Currently, Iran Ahar Company is capable of producing this type of adhesive and is the only manufacturer of automotive lamp polyurethane adhesive in Iran. It also holds certifications from automotive parts manufacturers.

Hot Melt Adhesives

Hot melt adhesives belong to the family of thermoplastic resins. They melt and flow when heated, and upon cooling, they create a strong bond and adhesion with the surface.

It is expected that in 2018, hot melt adhesives will capture the largest share of consumption among all types of adhesives in various industries, including packaging and nonwoven textiles.

There are various types of hot melt adhesives available, used in different fields, including:

  • Polyolefin-based hot melt adhesives (polyethylene and polypropylene) for packaging
  • Polyvinyl acetate-based hot melt adhesives for bookbinding
  • Pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesives used in the hygiene and medical product industries
  • Hot melt adhesives in the automotive industry and filter production

Antifreeze

Super antifreeze and coolant, based on monoethylene glycol and high-quality additives, can be used in all passenger cars and heavy vehicles. Its use is recommended in all seasons. Iran Ahar's super antifreeze and coolant belongs to the group of concentrated fluids and is formulated in a way that adding it will not pose any threat to the vehicle's radiator system. It possesses descaling, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, and anti-algae properties, in accordance with the Iranian national standard.

Nano-coated household utensils

Metals are always exposed to wear and corrosion, and serving trays are no exception. Iran Ahar Company offers beautifully designed decorative and serving dishes with nanometric coatings to the market. Iran Ahar is one of the leading companies in the use of these coatings, and the nanocoating technology created by the PVD method is one of the most advanced techniques for applying thin decorative layers to surfaces. The advantages of using this system for producing nanocoatings include eliminating environmental pollution, reducing production costs compared to foreign products, enhancing aesthetic appeal with a variety of colors, replacing traditional plating methods, and resistance to cleaning agents, among others.

PVD Coating on lamps

Classic decorative lamps and chandeliers

It is a modern and advanced process used to create a thin, durable, and high-quality layer on the surface of decorative lamps and chandeliers. This coating is primarily applied to metal parts and sometimes glass in luxury chandeliers and lamps, offering significant advantages in terms of aesthetics, durability, and resistance.

First surface mirrors

First-level mirrors

First-surface mirrors refer to mirrors with a reflective layer on their front surface, unlike conventional mirrors where the reflective layer is located behind the glass. These mirrors are used in specialized applications where precise and distortion-free reflection is required.

PVD Coating on mirrors

Colored mirrors

These types of mirrors are widely used in interior design, creating artworks, and innovative installations, as well as for visual effects in panels and displays. They feature a variety of colored coatings, including gold, silver, champagne, and purple, to enhance their aesthetic appeal.

Decorative mirrors

Decorative mirrors are one of the most appealing elements of interior design. They not only reflect light and create a sense of spaciousness but also enhance the elegance and sophistication of the environment. These mirrors are designed in a variety of styles and patterns, making them ideal as focal points in home or office decor. Decorative mirrors can be used in various spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and even bathrooms, adding a modern and unique touch to the space. At Iran Ahar, we have the capability to design and manufacture these mirrors in your desired patterns.
