General Conditions of Recruitment

Candidates applying for positions at Iran Ahar Group must meet the following requirements:

• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
• Military Service: Must not have any legal obstacles regarding military service obligations.
• According to Iran Ahar Group's employment regulations, applicants with medical exemptions are not eligible for recruitment at the diploma and associate degree levels.
• Applicants with a bachelor's degree or higher, who have a medical exemption, may proceed to other stages of the selection process if approved by the Iran Ahar Group's safety and health management.
• Religious Beliefs: Must adhere to one of the officially recognized religions in the country.
• Criminal Record: Must not have a criminal background, as determined by relevant authorities.
• Age Requirements: The minimum age for all applicants is 18 years. Maximum age limits are as follows:
  • For diploma holders: 25 years old.
  • For associate degree holders: 28 years old.
  • For bachelor's degree holders: 30 years old.
  • For master's degree holders: 32 years old.
  • For doctoral degree holders and specific positions, there is no age limit.
  • The maximum age requirement does not apply to consultancy positions.
