Cathodic arc PVD physical vapor deposition machines
In these coating machines, which can be produced in various sizes, different metal targets are vaporized by an electric arc, and the metal vapor is deposited onto the surface of parts under vacuum. Additionally, if ceramic coatings are required on various parts, equipment for introducing different gases into the machine is installed to achieve coatings in various colors.
Physical vapor deposition (vacuum aluminum plating) devices with thermal method
In this type of device, which can be produced in various sizes, thermal evaporation of aluminum targets is mainly used to apply silver-colored coatings to parts under vacuum, which is a serious high-speed and environmentally friendly competitor to conventional chemical plating methods.
Design and manufacture of equipment related to physical vapor deposition devices

Glue production
Polyurethane adhesive is available in various types, but it is primarily found in two-component and single-component forms. Due to the versatility of the two-component polyurethane adhesive, which can be used both elastically and rigidly, it has the most widespread applications. Currently, Iran Ahar Company is capable of producing this type of adhesive and is the only manufacturer of polyurethane adhesive for automotive lights in Iran. The company also holds certification from automotive parts manufacturers.
