Internship Recruitment Process and Stages:
The Training Department of Iran Aharr Group annually informs factory managers and heads of independent units about their internship needs and the required fields for the next summer through a letter sent in the winter season. Based on the received needs, the required number of interns is determined by academic field.Internship Admission Conditions:
- Each internship applicant must be a student at one of the universities approved by the Ministry of Science. It is important to note that the acceptance of non-university interns is only permitted with the approval of the senior management and coordination with the unit managers.
- Each internship applicant must be introduced to the company through a written request from the university.
- Applicants from the Khorasan province are given priority over other cities in the country for internships.
- The internship applicant must align their attendance with the company's working conditions and the predetermined start and end dates of the internship.
- The internship duration may only exceed the limit set by the university if approved by the senior management of the organization.
- If the company is dissatisfied with the intern’s performance or any other issue that may contradict the company's operational and ethical standards, the internship will be terminated, and the university will be informed in writing.
- The intern’s report must be prepared in at least 10 pages in PowerPoint format on a CD and submitted to the group's recruitment department.
- After completing the internship period, the intern is required to settle all accounts with the various units of the organization.
- The company offers benefits and facilities for interns (work uniform/lunch/transportation service).
